Our company hired Michael McKay about three years ago when a Taiwanese company brought a frivolous action against usy in Federal Court as part of their plan to steal our intellectual pro...perty, and at the same time put us out of business. His representation enabled us to show evidence of over $10,000,000 in damages. Yes... $10 million. The Federal Judge was allowing the Taiwanese company to go into court with a potential claim for $18,500 in damages against our company. Eventually, our opponents filed Chapter 7 bankruptcy to avoid a jury trial, which they would clearly have lost. Mike didn't stop there... as he went into bankruptcy court to continue to represent us and the losses caused by their actions. His actions have allowed us to continue the case, which we will eventually win. We have come to know Mike as a man of utmost integrity, with the attitude of a mixed-martial-arts fighter... he never quits. We are still in business today, a claim I did not think we were going to be able to make.
