For those who gave this Attorney a five-star rating must be part of the problem with "DCS" aka "CPS". If you have him as your attorney DO NOT expect him to contact you in regards to a upcoming appeal. Because he will never file it, because he's not "obligated" to do so. Which in fact your case wil...l get dismissed and your wont find out until you reach out to him. My case was handle recklessly, no evidence no witness on witness stand. They commited perjury, false documents....No due process was obvious I even gave him key points that would had the Judge's decision overturned. My case was not at his best interest. Of course it wouldnt be....because im not his client. His client is who ever pays him, think about it, who's side is he really on.
