Timothy E. Clements enjoys collaborating with his clients to work through various complex legal matters.  Being a part of his clients’ team is something he prides himself on.  He takes great satisfaction in helping his clients achieve their goals.  Tim values his relationships with his clients and his ability to interact with opposing counsel, as he knows that both relationships must work effectively in order for the representation to run smoothly.  To that end, Tim believes open and honest communication with his clients is paramount.  He understands the critical balance between zealous representation and reasonable compromise when necessary to get a deal closed.  Tim has seen his clients survive tough economic times and thrive in good economic times, and understands that efficient and effective legal representation is important regardless of the state of the economy.

Tim’s clients include homebuilders, developers, investors, land owners, business owners, landlords, tenants, lenders, borrowers and others in matters including real estate acquisition, disposition, entitlement and development, commercial transactions, lease transactions, loan transactions, entity formations, asset and stock sales, and mergers and acquisitions.
