Matthew B Levine

Matthew B. Levine is a co-founding member of Titus Brueckner & Levine PLC.  He continues to focus his legal career on achieving his clients’ objectives using sound judgment and efficient and effective negotiation and counseling skills.  Matt truly enjoys working as the legal contributor to his clients’ team and getting the deal closed promptly and effectively. Because of his results-driven attitude and efficient approach, Matt’s clients look at Matt and his team as their own in-house legal department. Matt has watched Arizona grow since he moved here in 1986 and, as an Arizona business owner, he maintains an entrepreneurial perspective when counseling his clients.

Matt represents clients in a wide array of complex real estate, corporate and intellectual property transactions and pre-litigation matters. He has extensive experience in representing homebuilders, developers, lenders, physicians and businesses of all types in successfully resolving complex real estate acquisition and development transactions, commercial loans, work-outs, foreclosures, commercial leases, asset and stock sales, mergers and acquisitions, employment contracts and intellectual property protection, registration and disposition.
