Brilliant Tactician with a brilliant "Inside the IRS Game"

I engaged Mr. Silver to handle a multimillion dollar "phantom income" IRS situation. He displayed a clear understanding of the law, a willingness to take on a battle, and a concern for the client. More importantly, Jason has a very strong understanding of the inner workings of the IRS, both national...ly and locally. As much of the success of my case had to do with razors edge timing, he had an acute sense of the rhythm of there process and likely outcomes - both negative and positive. He outlined a clear plan, and even though I was continually concerned, it all worked as laid out…and even better. I got into the mess with the help and guidance of one of the top notch San Francisco law firms. I got with the best possible outcome with Jason, and by listening and following his advise. He will be my only choice to do any personal or corporate work for me in the future. Best in the West!

When Results Matter.....Jason Silver Is There!

Let's face it, most people are not huge fans of having to hire an attorney, especially one that practices tax law. That's a sore subject to begin with for most people needing a tax attorney. But, if you find yourself in a situation like I did and you demand the best results you seek out the best poss...ible person for the job. Jason came highly recommended and he has lived up to that recommendation each step of the way over the last 8 months since 10/2009 that we have been working together. What sets him apart from the many other attorneys who work in this field is that when I first met him and discussed my needs with him he did not make me feel as though I was a horrible person for having the problems and issues I was having. It was about what we needed to do to right the ship and not so much about why my ship was in the condition it was in. His focus was to work with me and handle the situations I had, educate me on what I needed to know along the way and he personally worked with me, my family, my staff and my company to establish systems and ways that would forever make a difference in our business and our personal lives. I think at times he did more than you'd ever ask from a tax attorney. Jason takes a very hands on approach with his clients, something you won't find with many attorney's at larger law firms in the Valley. He wants to be there for his clients and he works hard to ensure he is giving you 100 percent of what you need to achieve the best possible results for your situation or needs. He has been there for me during a time when I just did not want to deal with situations that I was facing. His knowledge and expertise as a seasoned attorney working in this field is extensive. Jason, his Father and his other attorney bring a combined 70 years of experience in tax law to the table. In addition, he is a former IRS prosecutor and has a wealth of information and experience from working with the "other side" something I think can be priceless depending on your needs. Frankly, I can't say enough about Jason and what he has done for me and my family so far and I am both thankful and appreciative to be one of his clients. No one wants to have to have the need for a tax attorney but if you do need one "regardless of your needs" whether your setting up a new business, have general tax related issues to deal with or are in complete and total crisis, Jason Silver gives you the results that matter...he is there for you and he knows how to get things done! Thanks Jason.
