Should Have Called Him 3 Years Ago

We hired Jason and his firm to represent us with an offer and compromise with the IRS. We had been rejected by the IRS after trying to do this work ourselves only to learn we really screwed up the paperwork and the content. Jason was able to get us on the correct path and was finally able to get us... the resolution we were looking for and we were able to settle with the IRS for almost 40% of what was owed. We can't thank him enough for his help and expertise on this subject. Anyone dealing with the IRS should contact Jason right away and don't try to do this yourself.

IRS Tax Resolution

After a business bankruptcy in 2010, I was left with a six figure debt to the IRS. I searched for four years in Tucson for an attorney to assist, to no avail. My CPA recommended I speak with Jason regarding the issue, who was able to negotiate an affordable settlement on my behalf. He was very dir...ect, did exactly what he promised, and gave me proper expectations along the way. I would highly recommend Jason for any tax related needs one might have.

Not five, but SIX STARS

Jason Silver performance was phenomenal regarding my outstanding IRS tax liability, which was in the mid-six figure range. My CPA had made a major error. Given my then-current situation, I must say that I was skeptical of what the outcome would be . As is turned out, we were able to settle for lit...erally pennies on the dollar. Jason is a Magician. Really! I have had numerous dealings with attorneys in my forty five years in business. This was the far and away the best experience I have ever had with an attorney anywhere, anytime. A professional in the truest sense of the word. Cannot express the extent of my gratitude. Thanks again Jason.

Expert Tax Attorney!

Jason Silver is an excellent attorney who delivers on his commitments. I came to Jason in July 2013 with over $50,000 in back Federal Taxes. The IRS had placed Liens on my credit. There was no realistic way I was ever going to pay this off working in the business I was in at the time. What’s worse is... that I could not return to my previous career (where I could actually have made enough money to pay off such a large debt) because doing so required State & Federal Licensing that I was disqualified from because of the Tax Lien. It is now July 2014. My tax debt is gone. Completely gone. Jason negotiated an extraordinary Offer In Compromise with the IRS on my behalf. I met every condition required of me, with Jason’s expert guidance. My Tax Liens have been released and I am currently in the process of renewing the State & Federal Licensing I need to return to a far more lucrative, abundant and fulfilling career. What is the single greatest impact Jason Silver has had on my life? I now sleep easy at night, free of fear of what the IRS might be planning for me next. Dave, Phoenix AZ

Highly recommend

Jason assisted me with me with an offer and compromise. I found him to be very knowledgeable, communicative and effective in his representation. He is persistent and cares about his client. It took some time to reach a resolution; yet, Jason stuck with it and walked me through the whole process. ...I would recommend him to anyone.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
