The Absolute Best
Jason Silver is by far the best! Not only as an attorney in what he specializes in but, as an attorney, period. His approach is everything you should and would expect it to be from a valuable attorney. Too many times, I have been let down by lawyers, I only wish that Jason could represent me in every legal concern that may present itself. If you are not retaining Jason Silver as your representation, then you are making the wrong choice. You will not be disappointed!

The lawyer you want in your corner
Jason represented me during a Patriot Act audit with the IRS. It was an incredibly stressful time, but Jason handled the situation with total confidence and professionalism. The outcome could not have been any better - not a penny in fines. Jason is the go to guy when you need a heavy hitter in your corner, and the stakes are high. I give him my absolute highest recommendation.

IRS Compliance Research Examination
Jason Silver represented us to the IRS in a full-blown CRE audit in 2016. We never had to speak with the IRS examiner and the examiner never came to our place of business or home; Mr Silver handled all communication with the IRS. The additional business deductions which he negotiated for us will pay dividends in excess of his fees, for years to come. Very satisfactory.

Outstanding Lawyer
Jason was GREAT, saved me thousands, kept the IRS away from all "my tax mistakes". Jason set my mind at ease the very first visit. Kept me updated regularly, was always on top of everything. I would never trust anyone else now that I have had the best.

IRS tax issue
I hired Jason to help me with an IRS issue. At the initial consultation he was attentive, confident and assured me that the issue was not as serious as I thought. I authorized him to represent me and followed his instructions. He filed the appropriate papers which resulted in a positive outcome.I Strongly recommend him for anyone that has a tax issue. I woukd hire him again ....Thank you Jason!

Exceptional Lawyer
Jason Silver and his team did an exceptional job representing me against the IRS. While we were confident that the claim was unsubstantiated from the beginning, it was critical that swift and accurate work was done to prove that to be the case. Not only did Jason do that, he set appropriate expectations about the process and what to expect. He also communicated effectively at important times when personal assurance was needed. I highly recommend Jason to anyone who might end up in need of legal support with the IRS.

Should Have Called Him 3 Years Ago
We hired Jason and his firm to represent us with an offer and compromise with the IRS. We had been rejected by the IRS after trying to do this work ourselves only to learn we really screwed up the paperwork and the content. Jason was able to get us on the correct path and was finally able to get us the resolution we were looking for and we were able to settle with the IRS for almost 40% of what was owed. We can't thank him enough for his help and expertise on this subject. Anyone dealing with the IRS should contact Jason right away and don't try to do this yourself.

IRS Tax Resolution
After a business bankruptcy in 2010, I was left with a six figure debt to the IRS. I searched for four years in Tucson for an attorney to assist, to no avail. My CPA recommended I speak with Jason regarding the issue, who was able to negotiate an affordable settlement on my behalf. He was very direct, did exactly what he promised, and gave me proper expectations along the way. I would highly recommend Jason for any tax related needs one might have.

Not five, but SIX STARS
Jason Silver performance was phenomenal regarding my outstanding IRS tax liability, which was in the mid-six figure range. My CPA had made a major error. Given my then-current situation, I must say that I was skeptical of what the outcome would be . As is turned out, we were able to settle for literally pennies on the dollar. Jason is a Magician. Really! I have had numerous dealings with attorneys in my forty five years in business. This was the far and away the best experience I have ever had with an attorney anywhere, anytime. A professional in the truest sense of the word. Cannot express the extent of my gratitude. Thanks again Jason.

Excellent Tax Attorney
Was audited by AZ in 2014. It was my first audit and I was apprehensive of the process. Jason offered great advice and explained in detail how the audit was likely to play out. In the end the audit was closed with me not owing any additional taxes or penalties.

Simply the best!
I recommend Jason Silver to anyone in need of a straight shooting, reliable, experienced attorney for IRS matters. Jason is very intelligent, skilled and was intuitive to the behaviors and possible outcomes of all the situations I put myself in. He guided me through my cases with great care and always maintained control of the situation even when I doubted what I should do. He knew exactly what to do and how to work with each IRS agent and ultimately resolved my cases with the best possible outcomes. Thank you Jason! Without you in my corner, I know my personal and business affairs would not be in order. I can now navigate and grow my business without the fear I once lived with.

Five Star Attorney!
Jason helped me through an 8300 IRS audit earlier this year. He made the whole process as painless as possible. The whole audit was done at his office's so that I did not have to have the burden of that happening at my facility. His advice and predictions on how everything would proceed were spot on. He will definitely be my "go to guy" for any legal help in the future. Can't recommend enough.

Brilliant Tactician with a brilliant "Inside the IRS Game"
I engaged Mr. Silver to handle a multimillion dollar "phantom income" IRS situation. He displayed a clear understanding of the law, a willingness to take on a battle, and a concern for the client. More importantly, Jason has a very strong understanding of the inner workings of the IRS, both nationally and locally. As much of the success of my case had to do with razors edge timing, he had an acute sense of the rhythm of there process and likely outcomes - both negative and positive. He outlined a clear plan, and even though I was continually concerned, it all worked as laid out…and even better. I got into the mess with the help and guidance of one of the top notch San Francisco law firms. I got with the best possible outcome with Jason, and by listening and following his advise. He will be my only choice to do any personal or corporate work for me in the future. Best in the West!

Expert Tax Attorney!
Jason Silver is an excellent attorney who delivers on his commitments. I came to Jason in July 2013 with over $50,000 in back Federal Taxes. The IRS had placed Liens on my credit. There was no realistic way I was ever going to pay this off working in the business I was in at the time. What’s worse is that I could not return to my previous career (where I could actually have made enough money to pay off such a large debt) because doing so required State & Federal Licensing that I was disqualified from because of the Tax Lien. It is now July 2014. My tax debt is gone. Completely gone. Jason negotiated an extraordinary Offer In Compromise with the IRS on my behalf. I met every condition required of me, with Jason’s expert guidance. My Tax Liens have been released and I am currently in the process of renewing the State & Federal Licensing I need to return to a far more lucrative, abundant and fulfilling career. What is the single greatest impact Jason Silver has had on my life? I now sleep easy at night, free of fear of what the IRS might be planning for me next. Dave, Phoenix AZ

Efficient and Professional with IRS tax dispute
I was referred to Jason Silver regarding an income dispute with the IRS and a steep notice for penalty and interest. We agreed that I had to pay the tax due to a miscalculation, however, Jason was able to get the penalty and interest waived. At first the IRS declined to acknowledge our requests and Jason felt another try was worth the effort. He was correct and the IRS waived the additional charges for which I was very greatful. Jason was professional and obviously knew how to approach the IRS and negotiate a better deal on my behalf.

Well qualified, responsive and works hard for his clients!
I hired Jason after being referred to him by a corporate attorney. When I retained him I had a major tax issue with unpaid taxes, unfiled returns etc etc.. Jason worked very hard with me finding a CPA to fix the tax return issues, negotiating with the IRS etc and ultimately saved me over $100,000 +++ in interest penalties and other charges. I would highly recommend Jason and his firm.

Best Tax Lawyer
When I met Mr. Jason Silver for the first time he assured me that he was going to take care of my case as if it was his own case and he did exactly that, he attained the best possible outcome, and I am grateful for that. Mr. Jason Silver is extremely knowledgeable, he is compassionate and a true professional. He is generous with his time and will keep you up to date with the progress of the case immediately ( he is very organized and tech savvy). He handles all the matters with great care and intelligence. Hiring him was one the best decisions I have made, his knowledge and personal care and attention diminished my stress and I was able to resolve my issues to my satisfaction. If you have any tax matters seek Mr. Jason Silver's representation, hire him, listen to him, trust him, do not worry and be patient, I do not believe there is any other attorney in Arizona who can represent you the way Mr. Silver can. I recommend Mr. Jason Silver and his Staff to every one and give a 5 plus star rating which is truly deserved.

Highly Recommend Jason Silver
I was facing a criminal tax case at the grand jury level. Mr Silver represented me and was able to work with the IRS to get the criminal case dropped. I can't say enough about Mr Silver's abilities - I give him the highest recommendations.
