DeDe represented me in DCS case that I unfortunately became involved with after a struggle with substance abuse. After going to an inpatient treatment center and getting back on track, Ms. Sandler was a blessing to have on my side. As time progressed and she was able to see that I was putting my best... foot forward, she became much more than a beacon of advice/hope. She genuinely seemed to care about my situation. She always kept professionalism, but had a great way of bringing the human aspect into interactions.
