DeDe represented me in DCS case that I unfortunately became involved with after a struggle with substance abuse. After going to an inpatient treatment center and getting back on track, Ms. Sandler was a blessing to have on my side. As time progressed and she was able to see that I was putting my best... foot forward, she became much more than a beacon of advice/hope. She genuinely seemed to care about my situation. She always kept professionalism, but had a great way of bringing the human aspect into interactions. I felt like all the recommendations she gave me were not only useful for the current case at hand, but also helped set me up for long term success. After working with DeDe I don’t feel that there is just a band-aid on my situation. I genuinely feel like I learned some important life lessons that will stay with me, and Ms. Sandler helped me tap into that knowledge. DeDe was super helpful throughout the case and was able to accurately tell me what each stage would entail and what to expect. She also took the time to listen to my concerns and answer things in a way that were easy to understand.
