Chris Charles failed to file our complaint on time

Hiring Chris Charles has been the most financially devastating decision we have ever made. We hired (and paid) Chris to represent us in a real estate non-disclosure dispute. Chris failed to file the complaint in the necessary time-frame resulting in the court dismissing our contract claims against th...e Seller including the avenue provided by the contract for the prevailing party to be awarded attorneys’ fees, expert witness fees, and costs. Chris has done nothing to help rectify this loss. Rather, like another malpractice lawsuit Chris recently faced, it seems likely that Chris will force us to sue him to attempt to be put back in the position we would have been but for their mistakes, further damaging us by requiring us to spend more (non-recoverable) attorneys’ fees and time. It is disappointing to us that Chris’ “passion for problem solving” hasn’t extended to rectifying the damages caused to us, his own (former) clients. Provident Law advertises that they “bring peace to their clients through excellent legal representation.” There has been no peace for us as we are left to try to pick up the pieces from their mistakes.
