I highly recommend the Amar Law Firm. I did a great deal of due diligence, selected Amar Law Firm, and was rendered a great result thanks to Henry and this Firms staff. Please read in full and hopefully this will save you time and help with your decision. Do not yield to any Manufacturer that does... not resolve your issue in a professional manner to your satisfaction as per the express warranty they provide. If they don’t, take action and do what I did. I drove my brand-new Vehicle off the lot with a defect that resulted 4 unsuccessful service attempts and 30 days in service. My new Vehicle was 53 days new, and in the service department for more time than I had it. Round 2: The next twenty-five days I dealt with the Manufacturer’s Customer Service group and made them aware that we were in “Lemon Law” territory. They stated they would look into buying the vehicle back. They later rescinded and despite the validated facts, (Lemon Law qualifications met) service documents, (4 repairs, 30 days in service), they declined further resolution, (depriving me IMO of my express warranty). They stated my temp gauge was functioning “Normal” even though the issue was documented and validated in the shop (250 degrees in the red). My temperature gauge read 235-250, degrees 4 times per hour. How could I trust this gauge as “normal” operation? Plus, potentially overheating, an aluminum block engine, is a recipe for disaster. There was conflicting information whether my new vehicle was overheating or not. The temp gauge is very important and I could not trust it. (I drive the Desert Highways in Nevada). I concluded the Manufacturer (regarding my situation) of my new vehicle had a serious problem that was unacceptable. (my family has owned/currently own, 20 vehicles from this manufacture since 1953), Customer service did not apply. You would think with this manufacturer’s expertise, resources and over 100 years’ experience they would know how to fix a temperature gauge. I am glad I proceeded to the next step. I then began shopping Lemon Law Attorneys and watched you tube videos. I also checked the Better Business Bureau, and found the Amar Law Group who had an A+ RATING! Amar Law Firm reviews were excellent. Also Mr. Amar provided short, right to the point no B.S. informative, videos on YouTube. Before signing up with Amar law group I spoke with Henry V. and stated I was looking at a couple of firms. He responded “no pressure”. I appreciated that. Here are the excellent behaviors and results the Amar Law firm rendered and achieved for me: 1. Returned my phone calls within one to two days. 2. Expedited documents needed to the manufacturer to speed up the process. 3. Explained in simple terms the process(s), set time expectations. 4. Set additional procedural expectations, kept me informed and up to date via Email/Phone. 5. I received an excellent settlement above and beyond what was stated in my state’s lemon law. 6. They (Henry) are a very competent negotiator(s) (also check the Bio’s on the Amar Law Firm Website) 7. Helped me with an additional situation with a Manufacturer Credit Card rewards money that was credited to me. (They usually do not deal with this but Henry notified my manufacture of this). The Amar Law Firm went the extra distance and made it easier to get my rewards money credited to my account. 8. Very polite and professional staff. 9. I learned a great deal based on how I was advised, hopefully I will not deal with this again but if I do, I will be calling the Amar Law Firm. 10. Most of all they took on the battle (we won), and I finally was helped and, in the end, everything was set back to normal. W

If you have any problems with your vehicle and do not know where to turn, you need not to look any further! Amar Law Group is the best of the best! From the moment I contacted them, my Attorney Daniel Neisess was on top of it. I had purchased a new 2019 BMW Z4 and from the start began having electric...al problems. Attorney Amar represented me in a "Lemon" law type case for a high end lease in Arizona. He was clear with me in setting reasonable goals and expectations for this issue and clear in explaining to me the available options and/or remedies and relief that I could expect as an obtainable outcome for my... case. All goals directed an an acceptable outcome for me were explained and his legal advice was centered on obtaining the best possible outcome(s) for me as his client. I never once felt that I was offered advice that would compromise my case in anyway to rush an outcome so as to "push" my case into closure. On the contrary, I was advised to push for more and indeed, the outcome exceeded my reasonable expectations and I was completely satisfied with the agreed upon resolution of this matter. His representation of me did result in an outcome that far exceeded my expectations and I am thankful that he told me to push back on our first offer and suggest more for a better outcome for me. It paid off. I do not know what goes on behind the scenes in all of the discussions that are involved; however, what I do know is that the outcome was much greater than I expected and that Attorney Amar was very accessible to me throughout the entire months of negotiations. I was never pushed to "voicemails" and always had access to a live person whenever I had questions and if he was not immediately available to speak with me, it was clear that he made every attempt to return my calls immediately. I never felt rushed and things were explained quite clearly to me. Again, I have to say that I was pleasantly satisfied with how contemporaneously he returned all of my phone calls throughout months of negotiations. He kept me abreast of every step that we were taking and all along the way. This was really impressive.
