Cheyenne Alexis McLain

My practice focuses on intellectual property and business litigation matters. I assist individual and corporate clients with all aspects of protecting their trademark and copyright portfolios, including counseling, brand management, clearance searches, prosecuting and maintaining domestic and global registrations, licensing, enforcement strategies against third parties, and infringement litigation. I also represent clients in commercial litigation disputes concerning contract, partnership, securities fraud, and construction matters.

I am an Arizona native and earned my law degree with an emphasis in Intellectual Property and Business Law from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University. As a law student, I participated in the United States Patent and Trademark Office’s Intellectual Property Clinic and served on the board of Jurimetrics - the Journal of Law, Science, and Technology.
