Rayven Garcia was born and raised in Arizona. Rayven graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice and a minor in Social Welfare. She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Kansas School of Law in Lawrence, Kansas. Rayven is an Attorney at Warnock MacKinlay Law where she focuses on personal injuries.
Prior to law school, Rayven volunteered with Mothers Against Drunk Driving and Arizonans for Children. During law school, Rayven not only worked as a paralegal in Arizona handling family law and criminal matters, but she also worked with the University of Kansas Legal Aid Clinic in a fast-paced, live-client setting, representing low-income clients under the careful guidance and thoughtful teaching of supervising attorneys.
She also assisted with a free clinic (“Clean Slate” Expungement Clinic) where she was given the opportunity to help people who found themselves in a situation where they were looking to get a fresh start and to provide free legal representation to eligible individuals seeking to expunge their records.
Rayven is admitted to practice in the State Courts of Arizona and the United States District Court of the District of Arizona.
