We went to Cordell and Cordell for tweak to my sons visitation with his son August 2018. We hired them to help settle a dispute of visitation and was assigned Joseph Kirshy. He suddenly was out on maternity leave and did not seem to know the case well enough to put a proposal together for the oppos...ing party. After spending $9200 from August to December and making an arrangement to pay an additional $5000 trial retainer on 02/20/19 Mr Kirshy withdrew from the case on 02/10 because he sent an email requesting the additional $5000 that was not responded to until 2 days after he withdrew. We hired a new attorney who in 45 minutes saw many mistakes and things missing. Thank God he withdrew or we would have probably lost the case and we were only requesting 2 weeks of summer vistation. And to change the 2 visitation days per week by 1 day.
