Best Immigration Lawyer Ever

I was referred to Jared by a close friend for filing the 485 for me and my family. He and his team was very prompt and extremely professional. Best Lawyer Ever!!!!! Jared Saved My Visa!!!

I came to Jared with a complicated immigration issue after so many firms turned me down. Jared navigated me through the entire process with complete professionalism, patience and kindness. E2 Visa

I reached out to Jared after a friend referred me from their own positive experience. Jared spoke with me multiple times before we decided to go forward. He was EXTREMELY helpful and knowledgable about every question that I brought to him. It was such an easy process and he was so supportive and encouraging. We applied right in the middle of covid and thought our visa would surely be delayed but we received it within 2.5 months of applying. He even took the time to prepare us before our interviews. Jared has a great team and a great response time and we are so thankful for his expertise and all that he has done to guide us through this process. Now we can focus on building our business and move forward with all that we have been dreaming to do for many years. I would recommend Jared to EVERYONE and ANYONE!!!

Awesome and Helpful Immigration Lawyer

Very professional and helpful in our Green card process. He was on top of things reminding us well ahead for EAD/AP renewal and when you have a question he is always available. Highly knowledgeable and extremely helpful!

After contacting a number of immigration lawyers and not finding the answers I needed for my case, I stumbled across Jared's profile online. I sent Jared a short email explaining my case of bringing my wife (who is a non-US citizen) to the US after both of us had been married and living abroad for a number of years. We were seeking a solution that would enable us to bypass the long wait-times of the US-based USCIS office, even though we didn't live in a country with an operating USCIS branch. Other lawyers had sent across boilerplate instructions lifted from the USCIS website that didn't address some of the unique difficulties of our situation, or they had suggested options we weren't comfortable with. However, Jared replied with a highly detailed response that addressed all of our concerns and provided clear instructions for how to approach the immigration process. We followed his instructions and everything worked out perfectly. We were able to obtain my wife's permanent residency permit at a lower cost and faster time than we had originally expected. I would highly recommend speaking with Jared for any immigration concerns. He is professional, ethical, and very detailed oriented. You will be happy you did!

Having Jared on our side was priceless

Jared and his associate Hermon have just assisted me with my application for permanent residence status (green card). They are immensely knowledgeable about the process and have the practical experience to help candidates avoid the pitfalls. Best Immigration Lawyer In Tempe

What an amazing experience we had with Jared and his associate Lorenzo. From start to finish they made the process so easy and responded to emails right away. I’ve never met such a more kind and down to earth lawyer then these two. They helped us renew our E2 Visas, which is a long process, we had to travel to Canada for the appointment, Jared Checked in with us before the appointment to wish us good luck and after the appointment. Excellent outcome

I hired Mr. Leung to represent me in my O1 visa petition. The petition that he prepared was exceedingly better than any of the visa petitions that I'd had done in the past. There was great attention to detail, and the legal arguments were extremely well written. My visa was granted without any requests for further evidence, and several days before the deadline.
