Five Star IP Attorney
As an in-house intellectual property paralegal, Brad Hartman is the IP attorney I turn to most often. He is available, quick to respond, takes the time to learn the business, has an excellent turn around time, and his fees are competitive. Brad is a top-notch intellectual property attorney that has, among other things, provided excellent guidance on difficult trademark clearance and helped us to successfully prevail in trademark, trade dress, copyright and patent infringement claims. I have, and will continue to, highly recommend Brad to anyone looking for exceptional IP expertise and representation.

Excellent lawyer! Great advice and very efficient.
Brad spent time learning about our company and seemed genuinely interested in helping us with our IP concerns and not just "selling us" legal services. He explained the legal issues clearly, helped us understand the options, the costs, and the expected results, and worked with us to form a strategy that we were comfortable with, made sense given all we were dealing with, and we could afford. Ultimately we obtained federal trademark registrations for marks that other attorneys had told us we would never obtain. He also lead us through the international trademark registration process, helped us get licensing agreements in place, and is now working with us on a litigation matter.
