Jushin handled my speeding case. The ticket was filed in Arizona as a criminal traffic. With the help from Jushin and coordination of Tyler from the firm, It was finally adjusted to a civil traffic case and with a small amount of fine. While I was driving I was hit by a man with no drivers license. At a quick glance the accident looked like I hit him, when in actuality he switched lanes into me. The police man who showed up didn't even bother to look at the accident, instead he gave me a speeding ticket because the man without a ...license said I was speeding! No matter I was driving in the slow lane doing about 55mph at the time. I have experience with different law groups in AZ. The first law group I used made me feel like a horrible person, took 10k of my money and did absolutely nothing to help me. So I was very skeptical when needing a lawyer for my speeding ticket. However, I decided to give R&R law group a chance. At first, my case seemed to move a bit slow but as soon as they got the court date BAM! I started getting calls and emails advising me of what came next. I was assigned Jushin as my lawyer and he spent a while on the phone with me discussing my case. He was extremely bright, made me feel like a valued customer and was available via email to answer questions even on the weekends!! He never made me feel as if I was a pest even about the smallest questions. However I was still skeptical that he wouldn't fight for this case and he would just settle for a lesser ticket. The day of the court case Jushin showed up ready to FIGHT!! He pointed out to me problems with the police report I never even noticed (and I really combed over that report). He knew my case inside out and it seemed as if he was looking forward to the dispute. When we entered the court room he sat right in front of the judge and kept looking at his watch. I noticed he was pressuring the judge to dismiss the case because the cop was a few minutes late and it worked!! I'm not sure if the cop hit a few extra red lights on his way to court but Jushin and I didn't stick around to find out. The judge dismissed the case and I was free to go! I was ALMOST sorry to miss the dispute because Jushin would have pummeled that cops case. I'm incredibly grateful I had support that knew what they were doing in that court room. It was worth every penny!!! I would highly recommend Jushin to anyone (especially those with complex or difficult cases). Hopefully u won't need Jushin again but if I did I wouldn't hesitate. Thanks jushin and Lizhet, from the minute you decided to except my sons case the two of you were all over it, you answered every phone call personally and called me back that same day if you where not available. you kept me up date on all the court appearances you made on our behalf and negotiated... very good deal for my son. We are very grateful for you attention to his case , thank you again
