Biography
A native of Indiana, Seth completed his BS in Exercise Physiology at Utah Valley University where he spent the majority of his semesters on the Dean’s List.
Seth attended Law School in Phoenix, Arizona at Arizona Summit Law School. He graduated and obtained his Juris Doctorate degree in May of 2015. Immediately following graduation, Seth moved to the Roseville, California area and accepted a job with Penney and Associates. For the first three years of his career, Seth worked extensively under lead trial partner of Penney and Associates Kevin Elder helping him prepare cases for trial and learning from arguably one of the top personal injury trial lawyers in Northern California.
Mr. Madden has now moved into a full time role with Penney and Associates handling all types of personal injury matters.
