Jason D Kinsman

Jason Kinsman is a joke! Very rude and won't answer any questions we have as he represents my nephew. He was reluctant to release the discovery packet that my nephew asked to be given to us. I'm certain that he believes there is a high possibility that my nephew will be acquitted on the charges aga...inst him when taken to trial because these were his words from a "professional point of view". However he is unpleasantly adamant that he wants my nephew to take a plea of guilty for whatever reasoning he may have. He is not doing his job of representation too well and seems to be uninterested in all of the facts pertaining to my nephews innocence. He has not been communicative of why he is pressing so hard for a guilty plea when he feels himself that, if gone to trial, we would have a good chance of proving my nephew to be innocent on top of being a victim of clear cut mistaken identity. At this point I personally feel that my nephew is being discriminated against because of the color of his skin, lack of resources to find better representation, age, and appearance. I would go as far to even say that my nephew is being racially profiled against. Jason couldn't care less about the truth sitting right in front of his very eyes. NAACP and hopefully any news station that will hear us will be informed of his unprofessionalism, and crude and judgemental behavior. He honestly has not been a pleasure to work with......Why push a plea of guilt when he himself feels that my nephew could win his case if gone to trial. I thought he was supposed to DEFEND my nephew not work against him in a slithering type of way. If any of you have Jason as a legal advocate please fire him and request new council. ESPECIALLY IF YOUR INNOCENCE IS IN HIS HANDS. I FEEL HE WILL DEFINITELY STEER YOU WRONG!!! I pray to God that they see my nephew's innocence and let's him come on home. God is on our side and hopefully on yours as well.

Now I has this attorney as a public defender. This “lawyer” gave me the worst advice on a case, which ended up in my favor. By trusting my gut and God. I did not listen to Jason Kinsman and it worked. From my experience, he is no trial attorney. He did not even look at the video evidence in my case.... Take your good money elsewhere. Plenty of Attorneys. Not a lot of good ones.
