Terrible advice!
Now I has this attorney as a public defender. This “lawyer” gave me the worst advice on a case, which ended up in my favor. By trusting my gut and God. I did not listen to Jason Kinsman and it worked. From my experience, he is no trial attorney. He did not even look at the video evidence in my case....
