Selena A Knapp-Norgaard

I hired Selena, her lack of communication, minimal knowledge, and inability to do things effectively almost lost my entire case. She was more interested in her race medals than listening to clients and always seemed to be too busy for any communication. Her office is a disaster, has billing issues ... is disorganized. She told me what I asked for was “impossible” and went as far to tell me that it was wrong of me to ask for certain things. After getting another attorney, they had to overcome her incompetence to help me win my case.
