An unexpected death left my husband and I in a real estate nightmare involving multiple properties and mutliple parties. Ms Morrissey was a belssing when she helped us understand our options for a real estate problem in Arizona. She took the time to clearly explain our problem, our options, and lead us throught the whole process which took several months to reconcile. We followed her advice and got out of the problem ...for much less than 1000 dollars (others wanted that just to discuss the issue, not solve it), which in this day and age, seems impossible. But what we really appreciated the most, was her kindness and her understanding. She was there when we had no other place to turn, and other lawyers just wanted our money. We just followed her advice, and everything worked out. Kind, pleasant, and intelligent, comes to mind, and I will hire her the next time also.
