I have used David Sheffield on several occasions over the last couple of years to sort out some company issues and also some family legal items. Highly knowledgeable guy and very smart. Plus very easy to talk out the issues. Highly recommended.

I hired David to help set up our LLC in 2015. My wife and me just received a guardianship court order for for our daughter that turned 18 and has a mental disability. Mr. Sheffield submitted a petition and represented us at the court hearing. The whole process went very smoothly. Mr. Sheffield acted efficiently, arranged the required interviews to meet special needs due to my daughter's health conditions and language difficulties (we're not native English speakers). He minimized our involvement in the paperwork and kept us updated on the case status. I'm very grateful to him.
