Jacob Grant Fleming

I am a founding member and owner of  Fleming & Monroe, PLC.  My practice areas are focused on personal injury, commercial litigation, and family law.  I was born in Pasadena, California, but was raised in Gilbert.  Following high school, I served a two-year LDS Mission in Argentina and then attended Brigham Young University where I received my bachelor’s degree in 2008.  In 2012, I graduated, cum laude, from Washburn University School of Law with my Juris Doctorate degree.   Following law school, I worked with the Honorable Michael Brown of  Division One of the Arizona Court of Appeals and, thereafter, I worked for two private law firms specializing in litigation.  During my time in private practice, I have represented some of the biggest insurance companies in the nation and have seen, first hand, how they evaluate and value personal injury cases.  I hope to use this experience and knowledge to advocate for my personal injury clients.  Through my private-firm experience, I also gained valuable experience litigating cases - drafting discovery, taking depositions, drafting motions, etc.  This experience is an invaluable asset I can bring on behalf of any client.    

In his spare time, Jacob enjoys spending time with his family and participating in endurance sports.
