Biography
Scott has counseled hundreds of estate planning clients. His practice includes advising individuals and families on estate planning strategies and creating estate plans tailored to meet their goals. Scott also provides trust administration and probate services.
Scott’s elder law practice focuses on helping individuals navigate the benefits available under the Arizona Long Term Care System (ALTCS). This includes helping clients to determine whether they are eligible for ALTCS benefits and advising clients as they navigate the process of applying for and obtaining ALTCS benefits.
In addition, Scott advises clients in corporate and business law matters. He advises business owners and company executives on strategic initiatives and other general corporate matters. Scott also helps his clients protect their assets through formation of family limited partnerships and other corporate entities.
Prior to practicing law, Scott worked for an industrial water treatment company for nearly a decade. He gained first-hand business experience as the primary contact for providing customer service to fortune 500 companies and universities and developed broad-reaching quality assurance processes for the water treatment company. Scott now provides legal counsel to the company and serves as a member of its board of directors.
