Bad Experience

I hired the Guinn Law Group to do file my taxes. They filed my taxes in a way that I owed $86k. They recommended that I file a chapter 13. I was in the process and i got a second opinion and I was told that I was giving wrong advice and I should re-file and I shouldn't do a chapter 13. I paid $25...00 to the Guinn law group. $1500 was for filing the taxes and $1000 went to the chapter 13. I was told I cold get my money back if I canceled the chapter 13 by the Guinn law group. And they are refusing to gives money back. I
