Very Frustrated

This guy was so rude and condescending. He held more than $1,500.00 of our money, for bankruptcy services, for more than three months, with no way for us to contact him, and no contact from him. When we finally got a hold of him, he chewed us out like we did something wrong. While being questioned ...by the trustee, during our 2015 hearing, we were asked why we listed $0,00 for jewelry we owned, when we were wearing our wedding rings. We looked over at Guinn and he just shrugged, not caring about the question. He told us to not show any value for them. We recently found out that Guinn did not file a reaffirmation for the mortgage on our house. This means that our creditor has not been reporting our house payments to the credit bureaus for over 2 1/2 years. Our credit scores are finally back over 700 for each of us, but they could have been much better with our house payments being included in our credit histories. Once again, being unable to reach Guinn, we are having another attorney do the reaffirmation for us, at an additional cost of $350.00. I am not even sure if we could sell our house with out the reaffirmation. Nobody should ever do business with this person. He spends most of his time ducking everybody, or being on some kind of suspension.

Rude

I asked Kirk for paperwork that his firm had done for me 10 years ago, as I needed it for state licensing. He said he would give it to me for 150.00, as his time was very valuable. When I said I couldn't afford that, he rudely told me to get the information myself. I keep all of my clients informa...tion, and if one of them asked me, I would get, to make a copy and send it out takes about two minutes! He has been disciplined by the state so obviously he is too big for his britches!

Rejected dismiss

Because of this lawfirm was case was reject dismiss, which means I can never file my bk of debit ever. I emailed this firm about my case and never got a reply. So the trustee reject my case, so I'm now screwed unless I hire another firm and have a 50/50 chance of it being overturned. He doesn't give ...a rats about his clients, just wants more money to do the job.

BANKRUPTCY MADE EASY

I have spoken with several attorneys before working with Kirk. Kirk was the only one who didn't candy-coat his answers. He was upfront, told me exactly how the process would unfold, advised me on how to protect my assets, and gave the real information about bankruptcy so that there were no surprise...s at any point. He is professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him. I see other complaints here. I cannot believe this is the same person I met. Kirk is awesome.
