David W Gregan

I paid him $200 to go see my son in Eyman prison and review his case. He called me after he saw him then requested documents from his prior prison (so he said). Then no follow-up. I have made at least 8 phone calls to his office and he will not return my calls.... not even to tell me he doesn't wan...t my case????? He must be tooooo busy.

David Gregan has saved me on multiple occasions from serious detriment. His familiarity with the court system, personal relationships with court representatives, judges and prosecutors, along with of course his legal knowledge and expertise has made him invaluable amongst troubled days. David is trul...y compassionate yet always matter of fact and plain with anything he conveys. I wouldn't be where I am today without him and his staff.

I am from out of state and had to hire an attorney quick to help with the settlement of my dads estate. David Gregan with Gregan and Associates could not have been any better of a choice. Not only do we now have a friendship but if I ever need another attorney in Arizona David would be it. Hands ...down. Between David and his assistant Mindy I truly believe I hired the best.

My family has used Gregan and Associates about 3 times. I come from a big family lots of brothers, cousins and Uncles. Unfortunately some have been in and out of jail. I know the system pretty well at this point. David has always done us right. The review about he's money hungry is a lie. I have go...tten to know the man. He is self employed and leads a very modest life. He has a family and has bills to pay like the rest of us. Compared to the half dozen Attorneys we have hired during the years, David has the lowest rate and is the most down to earth. I have a couple of brothers that blame everyone else for their difficult situation. They put themselves there. Still David fights for their rights and have gotten excellent plea agreements. David has ALWAYS gone the extra mile. The system itself is flawed. But I can write a couple of books on that subject. This was a long overdue review. I recommend David to all the good people out there.
