David W Gregan

David Gregan has saved me on multiple occasions from serious detriment. His familiarity with the court system, personal relationships with court representatives, judges and prosecutors, along with of course his legal knowledge and expertise has made him invaluable amongst troubled days. David is trul...y compassionate yet always matter of fact and plain with anything he conveys. I wouldn't be where I am today without him and his staff.

My family has used Gregan and Associates about 3 times. I come from a big family lots of brothers, cousins and Uncles. Unfortunately some have been in and out of jail. I know the system pretty well at this point. David has always done us right. The review about he's money hungry is a lie. I have go...tten to know the man. He is self employed and leads a very modest life. He has a family and has bills to pay like the rest of us. Compared to the half dozen Attorneys we have hired during the years, David has the lowest rate and is the most down to earth. I have a couple of brothers that blame everyone else for their difficult situation. They put themselves there. Still David fights for their rights and have gotten excellent plea agreements. David has ALWAYS gone the extra mile. The system itself is flawed. But I can write a couple of books on that subject. This was a long overdue review. I recommend David to all the good people out there.

David did absolutely nothing for my husbands case. He charged me 4grand & I did most of the work for him. We pretty much paid him to show up to court only to continue it time after time because he wasn't prepared. My husband ended up getting the max sentence! David even had the audacity to say it was... because I didn't turn in everything he needed. I should have fired him before sentencing but we tried to give him a chance and that was a huge mistake. Time after time he would make excuses why he knew nothing about the case or why he needed more time only to continue to not be prepared for the next court hearing. He's all about money & just wants to push for trial to get that extra income. I don't recommend him because his words to me exactly over and over were "well I have over 35 cases so it's hard to remember what's going on." save your money, hire someone else.

Everyone had given up on my nephew. The prosecutors were ready to lock him up for many years for what had occurred. Dave took the time to visit with him in jail several times to understand what had happened and to explain to my nephew that it was a long shot to getting his sentence reduced let alon...e getting him released from the county jail for what he had done and made it very clear that if things go well and he is released that he had better change the way he was going about his life . To all of our amazement my nephew was released from jail. My family is so greatful and fortunate that Mr. Gregan was on the case. He explained to us from the beginning how much of a long shot it was but went to work as soon as we agreed to move forward. This is the best decision I ever made for my nephew and I am forever thankful for what David was able to accomplish. My nephew is a new person now. Thanks Dave!!! Dave is the type of person that is liked by most walks of life. He is very comfortable in a variety of elements and I thinks this helps him understand his clients and that sure makes you feel more at ease in the situation. I highly recommend Gregan and Associates.

I have known David for many years. If I would of hired him first my case probally wouldn't of went for two years. He helped me out in so many way. I signed a plea to go to prison, all the time knowing it was false accusations, my first attorney that I hired didn't have a interest in helping me. Bu...t I had a total different feeling after talking to David he showed care. Helped me get out of the mess my first attorney got me in. David got my class 3felony down to class 2misdemeanor. And my second charge class 3 felony down to a class 6 fellony. I was facing up to 11 years in prison and got 3 years probation. He also was hired for my daughter's case and all I can say is he made miracles happen. I highly recommend him and his secretary Candy and Mindy are great. They are very helpful to. Thank you.
