Although I called him asking and trying to find out what else I could do or provide, Calling a minimum of once a month, He failed to file my appeal in time for me to receive a appeal's review. I was told by him that it ...had been turned in and the truth once i found out he never did file the proper papers and the case was over without appeal for 3 months before i was ever notified

In my social Security Case Mr. Allen Failed to Properly file my apeal. Even after having to go with him to court to have the case reopened for the appeal to be filed. Three months after the case was close I was sent a letter stating there was two days left to file the appeal and he was not goint to f...ile the apeal. On my visit to the Social Security office on the next business day I was informed that the case was close with no possibility to reopen for more than three months.
