Biography
Timothy Coons was attracted to practicing law as a career path because growing up in a family with eight children and with over sixty first cousins, he was no stranger to conflict and hard fought resolution. He also learned quickly that preparing the right arguments and having an unbiased judge was critical to getting a fair outcome.
Tim pursued his legal education at ASU’s Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law. Since that time, Tim has focused his practice on employment and business law issues. This includes things such as drafting/reviewing employment contracts, advising clients on the application of state and federal employment laws, and litigating employment disputes in court. When working with Tim as a client you will find that his top priority is to listen, collaborate and find the best solutions for you.
With the ever changing laws, Tim utilizes several resources to stay up-to-date so that he can provide the most effective services to his clients. This sets Tim apart from many legal practitioners who simply wish to do things as they have always done them.
Tim has a wife and two children. He enjoys Arizona sports, especially the Phoenix Suns (when they are watchable), and tries to get outdoors whenever possible.
