Stephen F. Banta

I spoke with Mr. Banta on a Friday afternoon. He said he would have to do some research over the weekend because he'd never run across anything like this before. We set up that he would contact me the following Monday. I wasn't too worried when I did not hear from him that Monday. On Wednesday ...I called and left a message just to touch base. Still no call back. The Thursday after I spoke with Mr. Banta I sent him a text message, again just asking for his thoughts (from the same number he had previously sent me a message from). Again no response. Tomorrow it will have been 2 weeks since I first spoke with him and I still have not heard anything. I have begun contacting other attorneys. You would think that if something happened there would at least be someone answering his messages, but after 2 weeks with no responce...I cannot stand poor customer service.
