Waste of time and money

Awesome representation
Mr Grundy provided great representation when I was charged with DUi. I had 4 counts and was reduced to 1 and extemely minimal jail time. He is a good lawyer and very knowledgeable. He will fight for you do eveything in his power to ensure the system stands fair.

He missed 5 deadlines and ruined my case, exposing me to massive judgment.
He filed three motions to continue in my case (without informing me) and the last was denied. He went to court without telling me there was a court hearing. He failed to answer discovery demands by the opposition. He failed to amend the complaint. The judge then threw out my case and ordered me t...
Sadly, I took this case unaware this individual was a serial lawsuit abuser, initiating a lawsuit rife with frivolous civil claims before the court -- that only after reviewing the voluminous record (years old) that is was detrmined they were all without any merit. Only when the court saw through this (& the client's unwillingness to comply with substantially outstanding discovery requests not disclosed to me at the outset of the representation) was his case thrown out. Worse still, this individual has filed meritless bar complaints against more than this attorney (all dismissed), leaving slander via Internet as the last refuge. Litigation ruins people; some more than others...serial lawsuit abusers in particular.
