Elvin Garry Grundy III

Ok so I was convicted of a crime no contest but bad representation led to a strong sentencing. I hired gundy because he was my old high school teacher to do a petition for ending probation he argued me down the rule 32 approach waste of time I knew that and said so but mister Harvard law says we have... to do it this way then he files a year after collecting his fee in full doesn't even check on it it's rejected I find out before he did then he does nothing till present day. Worst decision ever hiring this dink

He filed three motions to continue in my case (without informing me) and the last was denied. He went to court without telling me there was a court hearing. He failed to answer discovery demands by the opposition. He failed to amend the complaint. The judge then threw out my case and ordered me t...o pay approximately $20,000 in legal fees. I wasn't even aware any of this was going on because he never kept me informed of anything going on with my case.
