When I received a summons from Midland I was confused, and had know idea what to do. I decided to google Midland and try to sort out what was going on. The first thing that popped up in the search was Richard Groves. I called the number listed thinking I was calling Midland, it was after hours and no... one answered so I was resolved to try again the next day. 10 minutes later Mr. Groves called me back. He explained who he was, who Midland was and what they wanted from me. I can’t express how grateful I am that I accidentally called him instead of Midland. He walked me though every step of my options. Explaining to me the whole time that I absolutely did not have to hire him and what things I would need to do if I didn’t. After taking a week to consider everything he told me, and independently researching him emailing previous clients, reading reviews, evaluating his past disciplinary actions, I took the leap and hired him. The process was smooth and easy. Every question I had was answered with in a few hours of me emailing them. I never even had to leave my house. Within 2 weeks of hiring Mr. Groves my case was settled and I walked away triumphant. I hope to never be in his situation again, but if I ever find myself in need of representation I would not hesitate to hire Mr Groves.

After getting a claim filed against me by Portfolio Recovery, I decided to hire a legal representative . Mr. Groves proven track record against Portfolio Recovery, and other debt buyers is what ultimately led me to hiring him. To say the least, I was thrilled when just a few months after hiring him, ...he was able to get the case dropped with prejudice!

I had problems with one of the major credit card companies and a collection agency, the fee's they were piling on were ridiculous! I had almost given up.
