Highly skilled expert in his field, an attorney who gets results.

Damon is one of the most professional attorneys I have dealt with. He is a true expert in his field and very efficient with excellent communication skills. Best Attorney - Best Outcome

Damon represented me on two very serious traffic charges. In his interview, he discovered that I was a Veteran. He contacted the prosecutor and the VA and got me set up the Veteran’s Court. This court was fair, consistently looking out for the betterment and rehabilitation of the Veteran. Damon’...s smooth negotiation skills and likability made him very effective when coupled with his experience and creative application of the law. I would recommend Damon wholeheartedly to anyone considering a Criminal defense Attorney.

A lawyer that truly cares about his clients!

I can't say enough about Damon. I consider him a good friend now. He is very smart and detailed with your case information. He kept me notified on my case constantly. He spent countless hours on the phone with my elderly parents comforting them and explaining details of were we were at threw out the ...whole process. Without going into detail he got me the best deal I could have ever hoped for when I was looking at 6 years in prison. I ended up getting 2 years probation. The thing that stands out the most is his compation. My girlfriend was killed in a motorcycle accident 5 months ago and he called me not for business but just to be a friend that was truly concerned about my emotional state of mind. I was blessed to have met this man he helped me in more ways then just legal matters. You won't find a better lawyer or better man then Damon. So thank you buddy for everything you did for me!

Outstanding lawyer

Damon is an excellent attorney with a wealth of knowledge and isn't just another lawyer looking to make money off a case. I was in an unfortunate predicament, and kind of going into it blindly with mixed advice elsewhere, that had me fearing the worst and he immediately put my mind at ease and answer...ed all my questions and concerns from the first initial conversations. He really listens to his clients and goes to bat for them and does his absolute best to get you the best outcome but is realistic with expectations of the case. Didn't get a dismissal, but got an outcome I can live with and he achieved the things I asked him to. I would recommend him every time to anyone who asks for sound legal representation no matter what the traffic issue. I can't thank him enough for his due diligence. Thanks again Damon :)

Speeding Ticket

Damon was very professional nice and understanding. He communicated through the whole process and explained all options in detail. Defiantly will hire him again if needed and refer to my friends and family. He was great and got the job done. He was great!!!
