I am currently a client with Gloria. I have a tough crooked opposing counsel who is a bully as described by many attorneys. That OC just tries to linger cases to make more money off of her clients. I filed a year ago with almost no progress in the disclosures. I am happy that I switched to Gloria af...ter I used two attorneys who failed to adequately fight for my rights. The prior attorneys were NOT very knowledgeable of the laws and the loopholes that the OC was using to linger the process. Gloria’s knowledge and expertise are shown in several ways. In spite how busy she is, She EFFICIENTLY AND THOROUGHLY reviewed my case and was immediately able to spot many loopholes and immediately address them. She contacts the OC demanding them to abide by the court orders, something that my prior attorney has rarely done. She educates me about my rights and responsibilities to better defend my case. She has already done a lot of progress on my behalf although I have been with her for only 2 months (including Christmas Holidays). She is calm when I am emotionally stressed because of how my previous attorneys dalayed my case with their lack of expertise. She also knows that I am very tight on budget, so I believe she is NOT greedy. She is trying to use the money wisely and work with you. What’s funny is that I was referred to her by her previous opponents from other cases!!! They said she is a powerful legal fighter!! I was always advised to be with an attorney that I can trust and be comfortable with. I used to ask how I can attain that if I’m not acquainted with the law and can not tell if that’s law or the lawyer lacks the knowledge. But now that I have Gloria, I can tell what that means. I really trust her.

Gloria represented me 3 years ago. I wanted full custody of my children due to the abusiveness of their father. She told me that I was not likely to win. She then made an agreement with the opposing council to give their father 50-50 custody. She called and informed me that this decision had been mad...e, and I was so legally naive at the time I did not know I could have said no. A week later I consulted with another attorney who told me Gloria did not have authority to make that decision. I fired her, and 6 months later won my case with my new attorney. I made a complaint to the bar, but they dismissed it stating Gloria had sent them "notes" of our discussion in which I told her to accept the custody offer.
