Best sales pitch I have ever seen - hands down!

This attorney is a great salesperson — she knew exactly what to say to earn my trust and take my money. But once I hired her, everything changed. Communication was inconsistent, and there was no real guidance or plan for my case. On the day of my court appearance, she didn’t even show up. Instead..., she sent someone I had never met, who stood next to me and did absolutely nothing to help. I was left feeling completely unsupported and frustrated. I truly regret hiring her. Save yourself the stress and the money — you’d honestly get more value lighting your cash on fire.

Finally she is suspended from practicing law!!! Ding Dong the Wicked Witch is dead!

https://azbar.legalserviceslink.com/lawyers/search/basic - Go to this site and then pull up her disciplinary action - FINAL JUDGMENT AND ORDER - PDJ 2021-9005 - Here is what she agreed to without fighting it, and I quote, "The admissions are bluntly that Respondent knowingly lied to prevent others f...rom pursuing their claims to money which she held. This was multiplied by her own recognized conflicts of interest. She knowingly presented the settlement check without obtain a required endorsement of an opposing person and then knowingly disbursed the funds while knowing the person whose endorsement she did not try to obtain had a claim to the funds. Her state of mind is underscored by her knowingly making counterclaims against that same individual while she knew she did not have a good faith basis in fact or law. She knowingly made false statements to that same individual regarding those funds. She knowingly enriched herself to the detriment” of that same individual.

I agree with Beware

Melanie’s behavior and practices are horrible. Do not hire her, you will be so sorry. She did not communicate well with opposing counsel or me, her client, and she drug my case out as long as she could, billing along the way. When I finally fired her, she had collected a good amount of money and I ...had to hire another attorney to finish her mess—I wrote a letter to my presiding judge disclosing her behavior. She is a great actress in the consult meeting. Presented herself as competent, kind and sane. Keep looking for an attorney is the best advise.

Warning: Terrible attorney - DO NOT USE HER!

I hired Ms. Beauchamp to represent my son in a marijuana DUI case in 2015. She was presented all the facts of the case before she accepted it along with a steep down payment. At each opportunity she could, she delayed the case/court dates and then demanded further payment to continue the work. As ...our case became 12 months old and our total bill neared $10K, she said she would consider "capping" the amount yet the bills kept coming and we were no further along on his case. As we approached $15K in payments, she apparently realized that Gilbert Court was not going to accept her proposal for a plea agreement causing her to go to a jury trial and suddenly she dropped us as clients!!! When we requested our complete file for another attorney, we found very poor notes, missing interviews with witnesses, toxicology report with missing pages, etc. In addition, she charged us a premium for the incomplete records! She is unethical and is truly out to make fast money by doing as little as possible. She had no intention of representing my son in a jury trial and when that became evident, she lied to the judge in order to drop our case. I would warn anyone considering her services to RUN as fast as you can away from her office. There are many other reputable and ethical attorneys in Phoenix as Ms. Beauchamp is not one of them. I never should have hired her and regret it to this day.

A horrible experience

I wish I had known beforehand that this attorney is apparently on probation for professional misconduct (according to this site). I must admit that I'm not surprised. Melanie forgot important facts relevant to my case, and was immensely disrespectful towards me on numerous occasions. She would often... ignore my emails, and neglect to return phone calls. When I complained about my experience, she retaliated by dropping my case without warning. Please save yourself the potential grief of experiencing what I went through, and find another attorney who will behave professionally, and treat you with respect.
