100% SATISFIED!!
Melanie's office did a wonderful job! They were thorough, diligent and professional. She did what she could with what she had and found the injustices of my case, represented the facts as they occurred and delivered a flawless argument that lead to a dismissal! Thank you Melanie and your staff!

Amazing!!
I am very pleased with Ms. Melanie Beauchamp and Beauchamp Law Office. Ms. Beauchamp provided stellar attention to my case and expressed genuine care for me and my well being during this difficult time. From the moment I discussed my case with Ms. Beauchamp, she was honest and showed immediate concern for my situation through continued comforting and coaching through the emotional distress resulting from the charges against me. From the very beginning, I had a high level of trust in her handling of my case.

Reviews are ok, but you need to meet and talk with this attorney to really make a decision.
I had already interviewed several other attorneys from mega size offices and was impressed with their credentials but over whelmed with the size of their office and all the fancy titles (like of consul, etc) and the "layers" of services they offered and frankly shocked at the flat prices I was quoted which were going to be non-refundable plus I was going to be responsible for a lot of extra expenses like travel time, xerox copies and who knows what else. This really bothered me and was the main reason I kept looking. I read a lot of reviews.. some excellent, some good and a few that almost made me cross this lawyer off my list. That would have been a mistake.... a huge mistake! A few minutes on the phone with the friendly and knowledgeable person who answered (I think a paralegal) convinced me to make an appointment for the very next day to meet the attorney to discuss our case. Her office was located just off the 10 at 44th street (Ahwatukee) and was just the opposite of the other offices I had visited. We were greeted by a very nice receptionist who had us sit in a nice conference room and brought us bottled water while we waited a few minutes for Melanie to join us. I am pretty sure her practice is just her and at least one paralegal and the receptionist. When she came in she made us feel very welcome for this interview. I was very impressed with her knowledge, experience and most important a feeling that she was really interested in our case and after listening carefully to the answers we gave to her questions I was honestly totally shocked when she said that she really felt that paying her a lot of money for her help was unnecessary. WOW! She also offered if there were problems that we still needed help with that she would be glad to become involved when we called back but she seemed confident that this case would have a positive outcome without her direct intervention. I kept her card and hope that we do not need her but if we do need her or if any of my friends do I will absolutely recommend her.

AWESOME!!!
I was a former client and was so grateful that I found Beauchamp Law Office. I have worked with lawyers in the past and they were just so rude and only cared about there payment. I was very pleased with the outcome and all the time they spent with me on my case.Even at the worst possible time in my life, it made me happy that they were so warm and made my experience a positive one. All I can say is they were fantastic and worked hard to get the best possible result for my case. I will definatley recommend this firm in the future.

Finally she is suspended from practicing law!!! Ding Dong the Wicked Witch is dead!
https://azbar.legalserviceslink.com/lawyers/search/basic - Go to this site and then pull up her disciplinary action - FINAL JUDGMENT AND ORDER - PDJ 2021-9005 - Here is what she agreed to without fighting it, and I quote, "The admissions are bluntly that Respondent knowingly lied to prevent others from pursuing their claims to money which she held. This was multiplied by her own recognized conflicts of interest. She knowingly presented the settlement check without obtain a required endorsement of an opposing person and then knowingly disbursed the funds while knowing the person whose endorsement she did not try to obtain had a claim to the funds. Her state of mind is underscored by her knowingly making counterclaims against that same individual while she knew she did not have a good faith basis in fact or law. She knowingly made false statements to that same individual regarding those funds. She knowingly enriched herself to the detriment” of that same individual.

I agree with Beware
Melanie’s behavior and practices are horrible. Do not hire her, you will be so sorry. She did not communicate well with opposing counsel or me, her client, and she drug my case out as long as she could, billing along the way. When I finally fired her, she had collected a good amount of money and I had to hire another attorney to finish her mess—I wrote a letter to my presiding judge disclosing her behavior. She is a great actress in the consult meeting. Presented herself as competent, kind and sane. Keep looking for an attorney is the best advise.

Warning: Terrible attorney - DO NOT USE HER!
I hired Ms. Beauchamp to represent my son in a marijuana DUI case in 2015. She was presented all the facts of the case before she accepted it along with a steep down payment. At each opportunity she could, she delayed the case/court dates and then demanded further payment to continue the work. As our case became 12 months old and our total bill neared $10K, she said she would consider "capping" the amount yet the bills kept coming and we were no further along on his case. As we approached $15K in payments, she apparently realized that Gilbert Court was not going to accept her proposal for a plea agreement causing her to go to a jury trial and suddenly she dropped us as clients!!! When we requested our complete file for another attorney, we found very poor notes, missing interviews with witnesses, toxicology report with missing pages, etc. In addition, she charged us a premium for the incomplete records! She is unethical and is truly out to make fast money by doing as little as possible. She had no intention of representing my son in a jury trial and when that became evident, she lied to the judge in order to drop our case. I would warn anyone considering her services to RUN as fast as you can away from her office. There are many other reputable and ethical attorneys in Phoenix as Ms. Beauchamp is not one of them. I never should have hired her and regret it to this day.

A horrible experience
I wish I had known beforehand that this attorney is apparently on probation for professional misconduct (according to this site). I must admit that I'm not surprised. Melanie forgot important facts relevant to my case, and was immensely disrespectful towards me on numerous occasions. She would often ignore my emails, and neglect to return phone calls. When I complained about my experience, she retaliated by dropping my case without warning. Please save yourself the potential grief of experiencing what I went through, and find another attorney who will behave professionally, and treat you with respect.

Do not use this lady.
I urge you do not use this lady. I won't even call her a lawyer. She does not care about your case, she never returns call. She was very incompetent when we attended court. It was so embarrassing for me. If your making payments she will keep delaying your trial until you have payed her in full. DONT TRUST THIS LADY!! I fired her after the first court appearance and still waiting for my money to be returned. Once I fired her she took it upon herself to schedule me another court date seven days away to be honoree, not giving me time to seek new counsel.

Beware
In my initial consultation with Melanie she was very warm, friendly and seemed to genuinely care about my situation. Cut to after she took my money and I barely heard from her. In my meeting I asked how she would you like to communicate and she said it's up to me...phone or email is fine with her. If I called I got no return call back and days later I'd get a very short, anger email from her - that's if she would email back at all. Sometimes I'd get an email back from her Receptionist but never could get an answer to my specific question. Never kept me informed with my case, never responded back. And she hates when you ask her questions about your case. She gets very defensive and yells at you like your a child. Please take heed and do not hire this lady, especially if you're female and younger than her. This "attorney" will take your money and do nothing expect the bare minimum so she doesn't get in trouble with the bar association. Dealing with courts, legal matters is very stressful and having to deal with a lawyer who makes your situation 100 times worse makes you want to jump off a cliff! Lawyers are hard to deal with, but try to find someone that isn't the worst of the pack...Melanie DOES NOT play well with others!!!

It was like buying a fake purse you thought was %100 authentic!
I hired Melanie to work on a DUI case where I was wrongly refused legal counsel at time of arrest. Basically I paid $6000 for copies of paperwork and a small scene she caused while in court with the judge that just made my situation worse. The only time I heard from her was when she wanted her money. This was my first experience hiring a lawyer and definitely the worst. I will never refer this law office to anyone. She is highly overpriced and all I got was the run around. She even sent another lawyer who had NO experience in dui's for my sentencing.
