Rebecca E Browning

Our society is so quick to dish out the negative but will never review on the good. I always try to focus on giving good reviews for that reason or trying to find the positive in situations. But I could not here. I hired Rebecca Browning and never once felt she was on my team. We met only once at the... beginning when I first hired her. After that there was no game plan and no follow up after court appearances. I would call/ email her seeking advice or had a few questions and would never hear back from her. When she did finally respond weeks/month later, there was never an apology or a reason for such a delay in response. I was told VERY late about a court appearance, and feel that she forgot completely about one of the other court dates. I truly feel like she stole my money and never once worked on my case. She messed with someone's life with her neglect and failure.

Ms. Browning represented me in a divorce. She was at all times courteous, respectful of my wishes, and always accessable to answer questions or concerns. Ms. Browning went the extra mile not only to protect my rights, but thought of things I never would have thought of to protect any possible future ...financial interests, investments, or property rights. I have worked with many attorneys in my life and Ms. Browning was a breath of fresh air. Our meetings were never rushed and she answered all my questions in a way I could understand. I was very impressed by the fact that she would always review and was always current on the newest laws pertaining to divorce and the protections the law provided to me as her client. Ms. Browning always let me knew where my case was in the process of going through the system. She followed it closely and for the first time in my life, I felt that an attorney truly cared for a client rather than a paycheck. She is, and will be ,the only attorney I would recommend to family or friends if they ever needed an attorney to handle a divorce, post divorce, custody or support matters. She will be honest with you and provide you with all your options to allow you, the client, to make the most informed decision that would be best suited for you and your family while going through one of the most difficult times a person can face. I am very thankful to Rebecca Browning for being in my corner and for caring about me as a person, and not just a client. She is the BEST!

Rebecca handled my case with the outmost regard for me and my daughter. she did a lot of quality control with me when things got out of hand, she was very honest about the things we could accomplish and what things were not realistic. She did a lot of research to be able to handle this case since it ...involved international law and international travel with a minor. She was always brainstorming creative ways to resolve my case and listened to my suggestions every time. Rebecca was accessible at all times via phone, email or face to face. Rebecca kept me informed every step of the way, send all documentation for review and accepted my many revisions to documents every time.
