Pay attention to what he is telling you his plans are for your case. If he schedules you for a deposition MAKE SURE YOU MAKE HIM PREP YOU. In March I hired Elliot for a case and his communication has been very poor to say the least. It was taking 2 weeks or longer to get updates on my case or even to just get an email back to a request for an updated. He tried to blame it on the other side not replying but the at least reply to my email...s requesting for an update. I would not hire him again and not recommend him to anyone. I ended up having to release him and hire a new attorney who was also shocked at the lack of service.
