If you just want to get it over with, he's the attorney for you. If you need someone to hold your hand through the ordeal, he is not the guy for you. He IS knowledgeable since he only does bankruptcies, but, he was cold and difficult to reach. He was professional and punctual at every appointment and...

Mr. Fuerst seemed knowledgeable and helpful at first. Once he received his money and the case had been filed it became very difficult to communicate with him. He is not responsive to e-mails or phone calls. One year after filing and making payments, the Trustee filed a motion to cancel our bankruptcy...
