My husband is a loving, kind and a very successful business man. Unfortunately he is no longer there with me. I am eternally grateful to him, for the support he provided me with. The bank which my husband appointed to be the trustee declined to be the trustee; stating that businesses in which my husb...and had partnership are complicated and hard to value. I am a housewife who doesn’t understand structured finance or exotic financial instruments or limited partnerships. I needed an attorney who I can trust and who would put my interest over their own interests. After much research I appointed Peg as my attorney. She won me over by her authenticity and easy communication style. I felt I can trust her. She is a very knowledgeable and more importantly she never let her ego or her professional interests get in the way of taking the right course of action. I am most impressed by her judgement and humility; she knew when to take risk, when to hold back, when to seek additional help. A lesser attorney would have let their ego get in their way and wanted to do it all. This is a complicated case; she involved multiple banks, multiple attorneys at the right time and for right reasons; and brought the trust into management by a reputed bank. I am happy that she brought the case to a favorable conclusion. Now, I view her as a trusted friend and still seek her judgement.

Peg was an extremely objective and fair mediator in our parenting time problems. She listened to both of us and to the kids, and had smart cretaive ideas when we got stuck. I am very pleased with the solutions and the process was so positive we're working things out better ourselves. Great experie...nce and we'll use her again if the need arises.

I had wish my case was "typical", but more importanly, if I had Ms. Schweitzer from the beginning. However, after 4 years and 5 lawyers, the destruction of a fragile, but yet, multi-million dollar public company, the alienation of my children, fraud across multiple levels, and a very unethical oppos...ing counsel, previously twice suspended, filing motion after motion to distract from the issues, Ms. Schweitzer sorted through all of the noise, rhetoric, and allegations to get to crux of the issues to move my very high conflict case forward towards resolution.
