I applied for Social Securtiy Disability September 2011,I worked 32 years.i have had Epilepsy since age 11.My epilepsy consist of Grand mal and petite mal siezures, i have rheumatoid arthritis for the last 8 years in my spine and my hips. and i was diagnos with spinal stonosis back in april of this y...ear 2013 i have been taking epidural shots.and im in a scooter wheel chair..my disability hearing was August 5th,2013 location Social security administration building on the corner of Union Hills and 17,phoenix,Az decision was decided october the 1st 2013..my case was finaly closed december 24th,2013.my case was Denied By Claudia RosenUndewood, During my hearing the judge ask a Vocational rehab specialist can Tammy work 9 different jobs-each time the Vocation rehab Specialist Said I was Not able to work,And My ANI(Neurologist) said i was no longer able to work and my family doctor said i was not able to work both doctors sent social security and my lawyer letters stating Im no longer able to work..Claudia RosenUndewood stated in my social security deniel letter she question both of my Doctors credibility!..and she accused my father who is 78 Credibility and she accused me and my Husband of Lying about my epilepsy and accused me of lying about me having a Stroke in 2005..and ANI doctor Shaw) sent me to have a.Cat Scan and MRI both test show Siezure Activity,Even though My Past Doctors and present Doctors have Sent All my past medical records to show everything is 100% true..Tammy
