Biography
Melinda has been advocating for persons accused of crimes for the last 12 years, after spending valuable time gaining skills as a prosecutor. After training dozens of other prosecutors during her five year stint with the Maricopa County Attorney's Office, Melinda found her perfect fit on the defense side. With this knowledge of the prosecution angle, Melinda came into defense work able to provide clients an unparalleled position of support. For over a decade, Melinda led a team of criminal defense attorneys for a boutique firm, teaching new attorneys and helping that group double in size. Melinda has successfully litigated cases in city, municipal, justice, superior, and federal courts. She works tirelessly for her clients and now as an independent business owner she is able to enjoy a more personal relationship with each client to better suit their needs.
