Judith A Morse

Judy Morse and her team took over my divorce after my first attorney left me high and dry. She was recommended to me by not one but two (!) separate acquaintances. Her firm was highly responsive, answering all my questions and concerns as they came up throughout the process, and Judy and her associat...e offered suggestions and strategies at every turn. Judy also drove our mediation, and I was very impressed with her on-the-fly thinking that helped us reach alignment. Judy also is great at politely but firmly removing emotion from the process, which (I came to learn) is essential in divorce proceedings. I HIGHLY recommend this team to anyone facing a high-conflict separation.

Overall I was quite satisfied with the respresentation that Ms. Morse. The only issues that I had were with several documents sent to me with simple typos and mistakes that should have been caught prior to sending them out to me. Then billing me for the time that it took to make changes to document...s with those typos, I didn't feel that was right. Now the billing was adjusted upon my request, but I shouldn't have had to do that. Secondly, my initial agreed to rate was not on my billing as well. This again happened a couple times and ultimately changed per my request. On the positive side, Judith and her whole staff were wonderful to work with and quite helpful with my entire case. They were responsive to my requests and communicated with me at all times of during the case. I would recommend Judith for divorce case work.
