She really cares

Judith Morse listened to what my needs were instead of trying to run up her fees and helped me reach an agreeable resolution with less costs and efforts. She was very personable and real. She really cared about me !

Poor Negotiator

Tends to push for litigation instead of settling in a fair manner and seems to have difficulty negotiating with men in general. Ended up costing me money due to her inability to compromise.

Top Notch

I have retained Judy now for over 5 years as my attorney post-divorce to aid my battle with an overzealous ex-spouse with countless frivolous accusations, requests, and shennanigans. Judy was able to not only prevent such actions from being recognized as valid, she was able to convince the court tha...t I should be reimbursed for the attorneys fees in most cases to penalize my ex-spouse for wasting both my time and money to defend myself. Over the course of the 5 years, and still today, Judy has been a solid sounding board for my concerns, requests, judgement calls, and communication efforts, always in very timely and responsive fashion. Judy's inside team of professionals have played a critical part in small matters that needed immediate attention and should be applauded as well, sometimes it takes a team not just a single person, and Judy has built that within her practice.

Exactly what I needed

I would liken Judy and her paralegal team to the litigator version of the Avengers. I was completely distressed when I first hired her services. She and her team took over my case with efficiency, kindness, and drive. Her unwavering responsiveness never let me feel pushed aside.

One of the Best Collabrative Divorce Lawyers In Arizona!

Lawyer Morse is a very professional attorney who knows how to handle very difficult situations and individuals. She was up against a very difficult attorney who was just as uncooperative as his client was. When it came down to the "nuts and bolts" of the negotiations Lawyer Morse was a very acute a...dvisor. As the case progressed she was a great advisor as to what she felt should be done, yet allowing me to make the final decisions. Her experience in this field shows itself at the best for her clients. If I am ever in the need for an attorney in this field again I would most definately seek her out to be on my side once more. I have recommended several individuals to her during and since my representation, and they have all raved about how well she handles things to their benefit.

"I usually do not endorse attorneys in my same area of law, but Judy is the exception. She is intelligent, aggressive, caring and has a way with her clients. I believe she is one of the best family law attorneys in the valley, and I enjoy having cases with her. I highly recommend her."
