Iva was brought on to handle an adversarial lawsuit filed by a creditor related to my bankruptcy case. I actually met her for the first time just minutes before my trustee hearing. Just 4 months prior, I was in a coma for a week, and therefore, I had numerous physical & cognitive issues at the time... of my hearing.
