No responses or even an effort to fight for me
I hired Mr. Cates to represent me in a serious case. At first he seemed on the ball, but once we paid the retainer and his fee, he was nowhere to be found. I can never reach him. He never visits, just say he would. I believe he gave up on my case a long time ago, but pretend to still do some work. I...
This seems strange to me. All my clients have my cell phone number and my paralegals number and we take all calls, even from jail. I have investigators who visit my clients in jail. This review was anonymous so I can not verify that this is actually a client or if it is competitor. We strive to provide excellent service to our clients. I would like it if this client would call me so that we can discuss their complaints.
