Sydney attended the highly competitive Chicago-Kent College of Law where she graduated cum laude. She worked towards her dream career while in law school and completed an international criminal defense internship in Mexico City, a highly sought-after clerkship for the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office, and an internship with a well-respected local criminal defense firm in Chandler, Arizona. After graduation she was admitted to the Arizona Bar and began her criminal defense career in Arizona where she is admitted to practice in all State Courts.

She now brings her unique hands-on experience throughout all stages of a criminal case to those that are in need of her passion and expertise. Sydney is driven to work diligently and creatively to discover solutions for her Clients and deliver their success. Her practices are focused on criminal defense in both felony and misdemeanor courts, set asides, and rights restorations.

Sydney’s passion for the success of her clients manifests not only in her criminal defense practices but also other practices of the firm where she carefully explains to Spanish speaking clients and their loved ones the details of the legal process. Her attention to detail and care of others are quickly becoming her personal trademarks.

Highest Quality Representation Available
Sydney was extremely thorough regarding every single detail of my criminal case, providing multiple highly comprehensive rebuttals to the state's arguments, that ultimately resulted in a clear and powerful win for my case. She was highly prepared and excellent at questioning and cross examination, getting many beneficial details on the stand to aid our case. Additionally, she did not let any conflicting testimony get by her, without calling it out, and there were MANY small details to this case. Sydney was very strong and focused in court hearings. Her job did not stop after the hearings. She spent many additional hours providing relevant, powerful case law examples in a lengthy closing brief, driving home the win. She worked many additional hours, after the hearings, and it is fair to say she exceeded any expectation I could have had. Last but not least, Sydney treated me with respect. I could tell she cared about me as a person. I will always be thankful to Sydney for helping me through the worst experience of my life. I highly recommend her for criminal defense based on my experience.

Sydney’s Review
I hired Sydney after I went through an unfortunate event with my ex. From the very beginning she was very understanding and supportive. Sydney was able to lower charges from the very beginning to allowing me to work out of state and working with the courts to work with my schedule. Throughout the process Sydney was very informative and was able to get my charges dismissed. I’m very thankful for having her help in a difficult time and would absolutely recommend her for counsel if you ever needed it.

Outstanding Service
I am so thankful for Ryan & Sydney's service. They are VERY knowledgeable and professional. It took a long hunt to find a representation that was knowledgeable in contractual law and familiar with working with the AZ State Board of Education. Tait and Hall, The Very Best !!
Let me start by saying that Sydney was as professional as they come. She communicated very well and always let me know where we were with my case, she was strait to the point and was very honest about what I could expect going forward. She has a very positive outlook when discussing my case and she always put my mind at ease throughout the whole process. I was facing prison time if the charges were upheld but they got dismissed and thanks to Sydney I got the minimum sentence and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Sydney made all the difference as I was going through this unfortunate event and I absolutely recommend Tait and Hall to anyone who is in need of the best defense team in Arizona. In the future if I am in need of an attorney I will only use Tait and Hall. Thank you for fighting for me and treating me like a person with no judgement through it all.

Above & beyond
I’ve had a lengthy case and for how long it ran I didn’t need to show for every court appearance they covered that even after my case was completed I still had to serve a minimum time and she still took care of not only returning my fiancé’s call but following through and contacting the jail to assure I would be released exactly on time - appreciated her cover as a client
