Unfortunately, I hired Jason when ending a 32 year marriage. Jason failed to file paperwork with the court I would send to him as well as failed to submit it to my soon to be ex. He was only interested in burning through my retainer. He couldn't remember details I had told him and I even provided... him with an organized tabbed binder with everything thing from W2s, cars, credit cards and Bank accounts. She jumped right in and settled this matter where Jason had asked the Judge for a trial date to be set 60 days out. Do your research before you hire.
