I've been waiting over two months for them to solve my case which is something simple. They haven't called me and I have to be the one to call them. I wouldn't recommend them and I understand it can get busy but that doesn't give them an excuse that's why they're paid. I should've listened to those w...ho told me not to hire them. A client of theirs said they never answered their calls again and I'm hoping this doesn't happen to me.

In 2009 my husband was arrested and put into a immigration holding center in Florence, AZ. Emilia promised to help, but her lack of communication was very poor. I paid her a down payment of $1000 and she was supposed to keep good communication with me, so that we could figure out when the bond hear...ing was. That was not the case, I was doing most of the work on my own. Had I not called to find out what day his master calendar hearing was I would have missed it, because it was the following day . To my surprise when I showed up to the hearing in Florence, Emilia sent her sister in her behalf because she was away "vacationing". I was not notified of the change. When we sat down to present our case to the judge, her sister had all of the information mixed up with another case and gave false information to the judge. I was so frustrated I decided to hire another attorney Jose Bracamontes (which is EXCELLENT) . Not once was I offered an apology, explanation for the disorganization, or a follow up call to see if I had gone with another attorney. This was a nightmare, and thankfully things didn't end up worse!!! Save your money and headaches! Stay away from this attorney.

she has trashy office.poor customer service.. the lawyer had no control my documents of my file. poor organization. the lawyer never there. To ask her questions about my case. My case was very delicate case and she made me waste so much money and time. I am not the only customer not satisfied she ...has record...nobody does anything...emilia banuelos firm...sorry...they suck.. I took my case to REGINA JEFFERIES she took care of me. I am very happy of her work. she was very professional.
