Polite but they don't get their work done
I've been waiting over two months for them to solve my case which is something simple. They haven't called me and I have to be the one to call them. In 2009 my husband was arrested and put into a immigration holding center in Florence, AZ. Emilia promised to help, but her lack of communication was very poor. I paid her a down payment of $1000 and she was supposed to keep good communication with me, so that we could figure out when the bond hear...

Communication Problems with Emilia and Carmen
Dealing with Emilia is stressful. just as someone wrote in the post below. poor customer service.. never can talk to her when I need to have send money orders and no receipt statements have ever been sent to me showing my balance on what I owe I wonder if I will ever get my green card.
